During your complimentary initial consultation, we’ll connect you with a qualified medical travel specialist to better understand your medical needs and answer any of the questions you may have regarding the process. We may request information on your health history, including pre-existing conditions, diagnostic lab work, scans, etc. We utilize a cloud-based software service to store and manage your electronic records, ensuring the highest level of security to protect your personal information.

Before your trip, we will schedule a video conference call with you to answer any remaining questions you may have. Depending on the complexity of the procedure(s), your surgeon/medical doctor may join the call to meet with you virtually and answer any of your questions directed at them. After reviewing all of the information regarding your travels and treatment(s), we will schedule your procedure(s) and send you an all-inclusive itinerary so that you know exactly what to expect.

Upon your arrival in Turkey, we will greet you with VIP transportation to your hotel. During the extent of your stay, we will continue to provide transportation between your hotel and health clinic as scheduled. After your procedure(s) and tourism activities, we will happily provide transportation and see you off at the airport. A translator will be provided to you during all scheduled events as needed.

We will contact you one day after you arrive home to ensure a complication-free trip. If any follow-up appointments are necessary as recommended by your physician, we will schedule and manage those telehealth visits for you.
